How to use SafeAlert
1. Install and configure
Choose your language, grant required permissions and add family or friends as trusted contacts.
2. Activate SOS
During danger, hold the SOS button. The phone starts the configured emergency workflow.
3. Contacts receive the alert
Selected people receive the SafeAlert link by SMS and email.
4. Tracking and intervention
Family and authorised trusted people can see live location, photos, audio and the last update.
One link for family and friends
The permanent link can be shared with trusted people. During an active session, the page displays the map, route, photos and available recordings.

Does SafeAlert replace emergency services?
No. SafeAlert is an additional safety tool. In immediate danger call 112.
How does a member join a family?
Using the email invitation link or entering the family code in the app, without creating another group.
How are SMS alerts sent?
Directly through the phone SIM after the required permissions are granted.
What happens when a crash is detected?
The app displays a warning and countdown. The user can confirm they are safe or activate SOS.

Legal information
π Terms and conditions
SafeAlert is a personal-safety support tool. The app does not replace public emergency services. In immediate danger, call 112. The user is responsible for the accuracy of added contacts, granted permissions and lawful use of location, camera, microphone, SMS and email features.
π Privacy policy
SafeAlert may process location, emergency contacts, photos, audio, device identifiers and alert history only for requested features. Access is limited to the user and the people they authorise. Data deleted in the app should also be removed from the database and associated media storage through synchronised deletion.
βοΈ Permissions
Location, camera, microphone, notification and SMS functions require user consent and Android system permissions. System camera and microphone indicators remain visible while those resources are used.
